We are proud to ship our products globally (excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia). Our goal is to get your new shoes to you as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Methods & Timeframes

We offer two reliable shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx.
    • Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment.
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS.
    • Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as customs processing or weather events.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a simple returns and exchanges process within a specified timeframe.

Return & Exchange Timeframe

We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of you receiving your order. To be eligible, all items must be in unworn condition with the original packaging and all tags attached.

⚠️ Important: Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following product category:

  • Sandals & Flip Flops (due to direct foot contact).

All other product categories—including Ankle Boots & Shorties, Casual Shoes, Western Boots, and Work Boots & Shoes—are eligible for returns and exchanges provided they meet the condition requirements stated above.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to return or exchange an item:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return/exchange.
  2. Get Authorization: We will respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
  3. Pack Securely: Package the item securely in its original packaging with all tags still attached.
  4. Ship It Back: Ship the package to our warehouse address (provided in your RMA email) using a trackable shipping method.
  5. Notify Us: Email us again once you’ve shipped the return and provide the tracking number.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
  • Your refund will be credited back to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

Refund Timelines

After we process your refund, please allow the following time for it to appear in your account:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days (depending on your bank).
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days.

Exchange Processing

For exchanges:

  • We will ship your new item once we receive and process the returned product.
  • If the exchange item costs more, you will be invoiced for the difference.
  • If the exchange item costs less, we will refund the difference.
  • Standard shipping rates apply for exchanged items.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or our error. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit back to us.
