Return & Exchange Timeframe
We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of you receiving your order. All returned items must be in unworn condition with original packaging and tags attached.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following products:
- Sandals & Flip Flops (due to direct foot contact)
All other product categories—including Ankle Boots & Shorties, Casual Shoes, Western Boots, and Work Boots & Shoes—are eligible for returns and exchanges provided they meet the condition requirements.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to return or exchange an item:
- Contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return/exchange.
- Wait for authorization – We will respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
- Package the item securely in its original packaging with all tags still attached.
- Ship the package to our warehouse address (provided in your RMA email) using a trackable shipping method.
- Notify us once you’ve shipped the return and provide the tracking number.

Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
- Your refund will be credited back to your original payment method
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
- You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed
Refund Timelines:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days after processing (depending on your bank)
- PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing
Exchange Processing
For exchanges:
- We will ship your new item once we receive and process the returned product
- If the exchange item costs more, you will be invoiced for the difference
- If the exchange item costs less, we will refund the difference
- Standard shipping rates apply for exchanged items
Important Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit back to us.
